Julie A. Neff

Funeral Director/Owner

Julie is the daughter of Sue A. (Swart) Chessman and the granddaughter of William (Bill) & Lois H. Swart. She is a 1991 graduate of West Carrollton High School and obtained her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has been employed by the
funeral home for 33 years and served her Funeral Directors Apprenticeship under the direction of Donald Keighley. Julie has always resided in West Carrollton and is married to Eddie J. Neff. together they have 2 children Gary J.W. Neff (Shelby Clark) & Abigail Sue Ann Neff, 3
granddaughters Evelyn Jean, Emma Annette “Emma Dale” Neff, and Ensley Ann Neff, along with their dog Dixie.

Donald M. "Don" Keighley

Funeral Director/Embalmer

Don studied Art Education at the Miami University & Wright State University; he is a 1980 graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He received the 1980 Bowsher Award for outstanding skill in restorative art. Don has been a Licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer for 45 years and is the owner of Keighley Trade Embalming Service for 16 years. Don and his wife Kathy reside in Middletown; they have five children and thirteen grandchildren. He is a member of the Holy Family Parish, and sings in the choir; he is also a member of Southern Gateway Chorus. He enjoys golf and fishing as well as singing while he works.
