Timothy Shock, age 62 of Dayton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at his home. He was born on July 18, 1957 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Mary (Weaver) Phillabaum and John Shock.
Mr. Shock was an Electrician for Schneider Electric with 8 years of service; a former Engineer with WPAFB with over 20 years of service. He was the Mayor of Farmersville for 8 years, and a member of the Farmersville Masonic Lodge #482 F & A.M.
Preceded in death by his step-father Vernon “Gene” Phillabaum.
He is survived by his loving children Tina Sparks, Jessica Shock, Matthew Shock and wife Kasey, step-son Brian Foust and wife Jamie, 2 brothers John Shock and wife Joy, Jan Shock and wife Julia, sister Sylvia Anglin and husband Rich, mother of his children Debra Maxwell, family friend Shirley Lauver, 7 grandchildren Chandler Shock, Kora Shock, Landyn Sparks, T.J. Foust, Riley Shock, Harley Shock and Rian Shock, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A Private Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton. Burial Trissel Cemetery.
