Scott P. Damron, age 56 of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 5, 2020 at Sycamore Hospital. He was born on May 20, 1964 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Bainbridge “Red” & Doris (Rowe) Damron.
Scott was an employee of Majors Farms Inc. in Monroe, and a former employee of M & D Steel Haulers.
Preceded in death by his niece Courtney Damron, cousin Karen Howell, mother-in-law and father-in-law Nina & Glenn Bennett, and by his sister-law Sheryl (Bennett) Blackburn.
He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years Patricia L. “Patti” (Bennett) Damron, his 2 daughters Haley Damron & Rachel Damron, 2 brothers Jody Damron and wife Krystal, Todd Damron, his sister Jennifer Damron, sister-in-law Marianne Dull and husband Art, brother-in-law Ron Blackburn, fur babies Waylon, Gemma, Sadie & Indie, his grand fur baby Teddy, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Rev. Dr. Joel Getts officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
