Sandra L. "Sandi" Nevergall

Sandra L. “Sandi” Nevergall, age 79 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at Kettering Health Network – Main Campus, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 27, 1943, in Cincinnati, OH, the daughter of the late Herbert & Clara (Potts) Cooper.

Mrs. Nevergall was a Nurse’s Aide with over 20 years of service. She was a member of the Word of God Church and attended South Dayton Baptist Church. Sandi was an active participant at the YMCA in the water aerobics classes.

Preceded in death by her husband Larry A. Nevergall on Aug. 22, 2019, her son Jeffrey Barnes, her son-in-law Johnny Fugate, 2 brothers Roger Cooper & Phillip Cooper, and by her sister Carol Gillenwater.

She is survived by her 3 loving daughters Theresa Godina and husband Reyes, Catherine Fugate, Nancy Cooper and husband Troy, her stepson Michael Nevergall and wife Emily, 2 brothers Paul Cooper & Darrel Cooper, her sister Reita Hornbach, several grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Pastor Steve Thornhill officiating. Burial Miami Valley Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on (2 hours prior to service) on Tuesday at the funeral home.
