Bingham, Richard N., age 89 of Springboro, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 20, 2019 at his residence. He was born on July 20, 1929 in Akron, Ohio the son of the late Luther & Beatrice (Belcher) Bingham.
Mr. Bingham was a retired CMSGT in the U.S. Air Force with 21 years of service; and was an ROTC Teacher at Kenmore High School from 1969 to 1975 in Akron and at Wayne High School from 1975 until his retirement in 1989. He was also a faithful and active member of the Moraine Heights Baptist Church for 35 years serving as Deacon, Trustee, Sunday School Teacher, and Sunday School Superintendent.
Preceded in death by his wife Mary Dee Bingham in 2000, 3 brothers Horace, J.C. and Robert Bingham, 3 sisters Elizabeth Donovon, Mary Greene and Ann Eaton
He is survived by his 2 sons Roger Bingham and wife Viki & Doug Bingham, his daughter Debbie Bingham, brother Donald Bingham and wife Shirley, 2 grandchildren Chrissie Hancock and husband Chad & Jeremy Yubetta and wife Melissa, 5 great grandchildren Kendra Walker and husband James, Kaela Hancock, Caleb Hancock, David Hancock and Luke Yubetta, 1 great great grandson Korben Walker and Luke Yubetta, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at the Moraine Heights Baptist Church, 5661 Munger Road, Dayton, OH 45459 with Pastor Patrick Dell’Aria and Dr. Terrell Hudson officiating. Burial Butler County Memorial Park Cemetery in Hamilton. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Tuesday at the church.
