Patricia Ann "Pat" Thompson

Patricia Ann “Pat” Thompson, age 43 of West Carrollton, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Grandview Medical Center.

She was born on July 3, 1978 in Dayton, Ohio. Preceded in death by her father Dick Thompson and by her sister Debbie Brush.

She is survived by her loving children Matthew Wolfe and Anthony Wolfe, her mother Deborah “Debbie” Thompson, her brother Dickey Thompson and wife Tracy, her grandson Noah Wolfe, nephews & nieces Brandon, Josh, Kyle, and Kayla Thompson and Ian, Gabe & Abbie Brush, as well as numerous other relatives and many friends.

Pat was a very outgoing person and was full of life. She loved all her family, friends, and especially the Cincinnati Bengals. Private services will be held at the Swart Funeral Home in West Carrollton. If so, desired memorial contributions may be made to the family - C/O Swart Funeral Home.
