Joyce A. McCoy, age 82 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 4, 2025, at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton. She was born on October 28, 1942, in Dayton, Ohio.

Joyce was a retired employee of Publix in Florida for many years. Preceded in death by her mother Vergie (Estes) Doolin, her father Ernest Doolin, and by a stepson David McCoy.

She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years Orville W. McCoy, stepchildren Marlene Sue Crutchfield, Gary McCoy and wife Maida, Duane McCoy, Connie Dastrup and husband Richard, and Wilma McCoy, her brother Bill Doolin and wife Peggy, 11 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

At Joyce’s request there will be no services. Arrangements entrusted to the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of Mrs. Joyce A. McCoy.
