Obituary
John H. Barnett, age 72 of Springboro, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Hillspring of Springboro. He was born on July 1, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Thurman Barnett & Sarah (Hudson) Snowden.
Mr. Barnett was the Owner & Operator of Barnett Construction with over 30 years of service to the community.
Preceded in death by his infant daughter Brooke Lorin Barnett on Aug. 27, 1979, his infant son John Gabriel Barnett on Sept. 11, 1979, his daughter Sarah Bethany Barnett on Sept. 1, 2019, his twin sister Arkie Linda Aiken, his brother Leonard Ashley, Jr., his father-in-law Lester Stevens, and by his “fur baby” Angel.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Vicki (Stevens) Barnett, his son Brandon Barnett, 3 grandchildren Gabbriella Barnett, Olivia Barnett & Oliver Barnett, 3 sisters Ama Adams, Grace Humphrey & Judy Leonard, his brother Travis Ashley and wife Brenda, his mother-in-law Olive Geneva Stevens, his 3 brothers-in-law Kenneth Stevens, Sammie Keith Stevens, Kevin Stevens, special son Tony Ashley, his “fur Babies” Star & Michael “Mikey”, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
At John’s request no services will be held.
