Jo Ann Mote, age 80 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at Kingston of Miamisburg. She was born on June 20, 1941 in Middletown, Ohio, the daughter of the late Kenneth E. & Marie S. (Jones) Mote.

Preceded in death by 2 sisters. Jo Ann is survived by many special friends.

 A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at the Woodhill Cemetery, 6228 Hamilton-Middletown Rd., Franklin, Ohio 45005.  Please meet at the Swart Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. if you would like to follow us to the cemetery for services.
