Jamie Kay Herzog – Hawk, age 55 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 23, 2024, at Kettering Health Network – Main Campus, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on September 9, 1969, in Greenville, South Carolina, the daughter of the late James & Carolyn (Hopkins) Herzog. Jamie loved spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her sister Lisa Hickman. 

She is survived by the love of her life for 30 years Mark Brown, her sister Kathy Floyd, her brother Tony Austin and wife Debbie, her fur babies’ “Yogi” and “Smokie”, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 4, 2024, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Rev. Dr. Joel Getts officiating.
