Harold D. Pinkerton

Harold D. Pinkerton, age 75 of Latham, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 5, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 26, 1947, in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Russell & Alice (Kitson) Pinkerton.

Mr. Pinkerton was a former employee of Inland and DHL in Wilmington. Preceded in death by his infant twin sister Carol, his sister Clara and by his 4 brothers Stanley, Raymond, Leroy and Ronnie.

He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Sandra “Sandy” (Gunder) Pinkerton, 3 sons Thomas Pinkerton and wife Becky, Todd Curry and wife Stephanie and Dale Curry, 2 daughters Angela “Angie” Walker and husband Glen & Lisa Eaton, 3 sisters Delores Pinkerton, Evora Isaac and husband Homer and Sheila Symonds, his father-in-law Glen Strange, 11 grandchildren,12 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 14, 2023, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Mr. Rick Doran officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Sunday at the funeral home.
