Obituary
David J. “Jake” Sauer, age 72 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on May 27, 1950, in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late George & Judith (Skinner) Sauer.
Jake was the Owner & Operator of E-One Electric LLC and was an Electrician with over 50 years of service to the industry. Preceded in death by his wife Diane (Freed) Sauer.
He is survived by his loving daughter Paige Aydelott and husband Chad, 2 sisters Kathy Shaw and husband Dave & Sue Sauer, 2 grandsons Mason Aydelott and Benson Aydelott, as well as numerous other family members and many friends.
A Gathering of Family & Friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 21, 2023, at the West Church of the Nazarene, 550 S. Elm St., West Carrollton, Ohio 45449. If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the West Carrollton Church of the Nazarene in David’s memory. Arrangements entrusted to the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton.
