Charles L. “Chuck” Percifull, age 63 of Moraine, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 10, 2023, at his home. He was born on June 27, 1959, in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late John Percifull and Rosalie (Cameron) Percifull Jakubowski.

Preceded in death by his infant sister Julieann Percifull, and by his stepfather Joseph Jakubowski.

He is survived by his loving family: his son Charles C. “Corbin” Percifull, his daughter Tiffany Percifull, 2 sisters Bonnie Thacker and husband James & Linda Thacker and husband Gary, 2 brothers John Percifull, Jr., and wife Micki, & Lawrence “Larry” Percifull and wife Shelly, 4 grandchildren Dylan Nobles, Lyta, Catherine “CJ” and Serenity Percifull, 2 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Pastor Myra Couch Cecala officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (1 hour prior to service) on Thursday at the funeral home.
