Burley Hoskins, age 81 of Germantown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 14, 1940 in Hyden, KY, the son of the late Green & Addie (Cornett) Hoskins.
Mr. Hoskins was an Excavator for Kelchner Excavating Company for 38 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and mushroom hunting.
Preceded in death by his 5 brothers Luther, Chester, Marshall, Melvin and Carl Edwards Hoskins, and by his 2 sisters Annie Young & Gladys Davis.
He is survived by his daughter Jolene (Hoskins) Heathco and husband Terry, 3 step-children Tina, Tracy & Carl, his brother James Monroe Hoskins and wife Judy, brother-in-law Wade Young, his granddaughter Lilly Jo Heathco, the mother of his daughter Ruth Ellen McClellan, step-grandchildren Chelsea, Heather, Jessica, Kaylee, Lexxie and Tricia, numerous step-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton.
