Brent Thomas Parker, age 38 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 23, 2022 at Sycamore Hospital. He was born on September 27, 1983 in Dayton, Ohio.

Brent was a 2002 graduate of the West Carrollton High School where he started Pirate Pride and was an active participant in numerous musicals, clubs & groups.  He attended Wright State University. Brent was a former employee of Delta Air Lines. During his tenure with Delta; he was a mentor while training new employees in the United States and traveling to the Philippines and assisted with training new call center employees, along with other responsibilities at Delta. Brent currently was the Co-Owner & Founder of Furline Exchange for the last several years. He enjoyed traveling the world with his mother Kathi.

Preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Shirley “Sugie” Parker, his cousin Shane Parker, his uncle Bruce Noll, and his fur baby “Lucy”.

He is survived by his loving mother Kathi Parker (Kenneth “Kenny” Hall), his father Thomas Smith, his half-brother Chase Smith, his half sister Cheyenne Dyer, his fur baby “Ella”, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the Grace Baptist Church, 851 S. Elm St., West Carrollton with Pastor Doug Criswell officiating, and special friends Lacy (Law) Gibbs, Kimyata Stubbs, and Adrien Hawkins participating in the services. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 4, 2022 at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton.

If so, desired memorial contributions may made to Kathi Parker/South Dayton Emergency Response Team/SDERT Non-Profit in Brent’s memory. Brent would want his mother to continue to help others in need as she has done for several years.
