Betty Marie Litsakos, age 97 of Centerville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, Kettering Health Network – Washington Twp. She was born on May 2, 1928, in Middletown, Ohio, the daughter of the late Cyril E. “Bill” & Beatrice (Haddix) Herman.

Betty was a retired Hairdresser for the Hair Salon located at the Dayton Mall. She attended the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.

Preceded in death by her daughter Tina Marie Evans, her grandson Jason Evans, her sister and brother-in-law Jean & Jerry Bodin, and by her former husband Johnny Litsakos.

She is survived by her family Sharon Haddix and husband Bob Kenney, Debra “Debbie” Zikas and husband Joe, Danny Dome and wife Linda, dear friends Rodney Knight and Sande Heck, as well as numerous friends.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025, at the Highland Memorial Cemetery, 723 Upper Miamisburg Rd., Miamisburg, Ohio 45342. Arrangements entrusted to the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Greater Daytin, 1661 Nicholas Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45417 in memory of Mrs. Betty M. Litsakos.
