Arley E. Allen, age 92 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully in his home on Monday, August 4, 2025. He was born on May 24, 1933, in Mt. Vernon, KY, the son of the late Isaac & Lilly (Angel) Allen.

Arley was a retired Mixer for Bluebird Baking Company with over 40 years of service. He enjoyed Biscuits & Gravy at Hardee’s with Joe and other friends. Arley loved to fish, hunt, ATV’s and going camping with his family and friends.

Preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years Edna M. (Daugherty) on April 18, 2014, his sister Novella Spencer, and by his 2 brothers Johnny Allen and Jesse Allen.

He is survived by his son David Allen and wife Sandra, his daughter Theresa Allen-Carney and husband Michael, 4 grandchildren Lindsey Quillen and husband Donnie, Kelsey Eck and husband Zach, Tyler Allen and wife Maddie and Meagan Carney, 6 great grandchildren Mila, Margo, Jolene, Titus, Della and Eden and one great grandchild on the way, his sister-in-law Maxine Daugherty, 3 brothers-in-law Roy Daugherty and wife Tevis, Burgess Daughtery, and Eddie Daughtery, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 8, 2025, at the Grace Baptist Church, 851 S. Elm St. West Carrollton with Pastor Doug Criswell officiating. Burial will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Friday at the church.
