Amanda Gail "Mandi" Polston

Amanda “Mandi” Gail Polston, age 33 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 15, 2020.

She was born on January 13, 1987 in Dayton, Ohio. Mandi was a member of Grace Baptist Church in West Carrollton. Preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Brenda Gail Polston.

She is survived by the love of her life and fiancé Andrew Van Ausdoll, 3 sons Brenden, Brayden & Matthew Van Ausdoll, her mother Deborah (Polston) Derrick and husband Charles, maternal grandfather McKinley Polston (Thalia Stoff), 3 brothers Travis Lowe (Justice Moore), Kevin Derrick, and Charles “Buddy” Derrick and wife Tia, 3 sisters Lesa Tyler and husband Lee, Carol Kobalcsik and husband Josh, Taylor Ivey and husband Scott, father-in-law & mother-in-law Matthew & Sylvia Van Ausdoll, Andrew’s uncle Lucas Van Ausdoll, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 24, 2020 at the Grace Baptist Church, 851 S. Elm St., West Carrollton with Pastor Douglas Criswell officiating. Burial will follow at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Grace Baptist Church.
