Phillips-Donegia, Wilma Jean, age 82 of Moraine, passed away Friday, October 3, 2014. She was born March 26, 1932 in Big Stone Gap, VA, the daughter of the late Mack & Emma (Hall) Quillen. Mrs. Donegia was retired from Dayton Press and attended the Miami Shores Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her first husband Woodrow Phillips, a grandson Corey Phillips, and 6 brothers Hershel, White, Ray, Don, Wendell, Herman Quillen. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years Pete Donegia, her son Danny Phillips and wife Sue of Daytona Beach, FL, 2 brothers Willard Quillen and wife Sue of Moraine, Dwight Quillen and wife Louise of Miami Twp., 2 granddaughters Mackenzie Phillips-Kinser and husband Nick of Moraine, Kim Smurdon and husband Dustin of FL, 2 great grandchildren Brody & Addie Smurdon, and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at the Miami Shores Baptist Church, 4000 Vance Rd., Moraine, with Rev. Doug Surbur officiating. Burial Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the church. If desired memorial contributions may be made to the church in her memory.
