Neff, William P., age 90 of Dayton, passed away Friday, October 17, 2014. He was born July 19, 1924 in Chillicothe, OH, the son of the late William L & Della (Kight) Neff. Preceded in death by a daughter Deloris Jones, a granddaughter Kippy Witt, 5 brothers Russell, Howard, Alan, Bob & Lloyd Neff, a sister Glenna McKinney. Mr. Neff is survived by his loving wife of 70 years Virginia (Mayo) Neff, 2 daughters Dianna DeLong & husband Daniel, Donna Kucharski all of Dayton, a brother Wayne Neff of Chillicothe, 6 grandchildren Daniel DeLong Jr. (Cathy), Douglas DeLong (Rin), Kelly McMurry, Kristian Jones, Crystal Eaton (Chuck), Chase Eaton, 16 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces & nephews. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 2:15 p.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery, West Carrollton. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12 Noon to 2:00 p.m. at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton.
