Phipps, Westley, age 33 of Xenia, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018 at his home. He was born on September 22, 1985 in Dayton, Ohio. Preceded in death by his sister Brooke Killian. He is survived by his loving daughter Audrey Nicole Phipps, mother Patricia (Greene) Killian, father Donnie Phipps and wife Debra, sister Ashley D. Phipps (Isiah Jervis), 2 brothers Seth E. Phipps and Benjamin Killian, paternal grandmother Mona Faye Craft, nieces & nephews, Taylor, Tyler, Marley, and Monroe Killian, Issiah Aldridge, Darius & Cale Killian, Monde & Auri Henry, mother of his daughter Ashley Wright, as well as numerous other family member and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Rev. Joel Getts officiating.
