Wanda Sue Leary, age 79 of Waynesville, formerly of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on June 24, 1944, in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Johanna (Geisel) Brewer & Fred Sarber. Mrs. Leary was a member of the St. Henry Catholic Church.

She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years Edward J. Leary, her daughter Chris Hall and husband Bill, her son David Leary and wife Tina, her 2 sisters Joyce Riley & Darlene Wymer and husband Jack, her brother Carl Brewer and wife Gayle, 4 grandchildren Carrie Hall, Shelby Brigner and husband Logan, Alexis "Lexi" Hall, and Sydney Leary, her great grandson R.J. Brigner, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, August 28, 2023, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Deacon Terry Martin officiating.  Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (1 hour prior to service) at the funeral home on Monday.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton in memory of Mrs. Wanda S. Leary.
