Peters, Vivian L., age 80, of West Carrollton, passed away on Friday, August 9, 2013 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born April 20, 1933 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Charles & Eula (Clark) Eads. Preceded in death by her husband James Peters, 2 sons Mark & Scott Webster, and a grandson Travis Ferguson. Vivian is survived by her daughter Tonya Williams and husband Anthony, a step-son Tom Peters, a step-daughter Lynn Suddeth and husband Rick, 2 sisters Doris & Marlene, 7 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and a great great grandson. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton, Ohio.
