Stoltz, Virginia A., age 91 of West Carrollton, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2014. She was born August 13, 1923 in Montgomery County, the daughter of the late Carl E. & Gladys (Whipp) Moyer. Virginia was a member of the VFW Post #3438 Ladies Auxiliary and the West Carrollton Historical Society. Preceded in death by 2 daughters Elizabeth Phillabaum & Lois Davidson, 2 brothers Edwin & Carl Moyer. She is survived by 2 daughters Kathy Stoltz-Smith of Springboro, Terri Stoltz-Watts and husband Ronald of AL, her brother Norman G. Moyer and wife Betty of New Lebanon, 2 sisters Lenora Brown of Marietta, OH, Janet Buckmaster and husband Keith of Springfield, 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton with Norman Moyer and Tony Norvell officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
