Carter, Tracey Lynn, age 55 of Franklin, passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2017.  She was born on October 15, 1961 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Thomas & Ethel (Younger) Carter. She is survived by her daughter Ronee Carter, her son Keith Carter and wife Alicia, 3 brothers Michael Taylor and wife Tracy, Jeffery Carter and wife Joeann, Tom Carter and wife Karen, sister Laurie Haines and husband Charles, 5 grandchildren Dakota Carter, Gabrielle Carter, Mariyah Carter, William Carter and Jacob Carter, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
