Timothy David "Timmy" Elkins, Jr., age 30 of Dayton, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2020. He was born on January 1, 1990 in Dayton, Ohio.

Timmy was an employee of Quality Quartz Engineering with several years of service.

Preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Betty Lou Williams and his paternal grandfather Winston James Elkins.

He is survived by his loving family; son Isaac Elkins, father Timothy Elkins, Sr. and fiancée Tricia Tutt, his  mother Kimberly (Williams) Howard and husband William, 2 sisters Erika Stewart and husband Derek, Amanda Elkins, paternal grandmother Joyce Swift, maternal grandfather Doc Williams, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends.

A Private Service will take place on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Pastor Doug Criswell officiating.
