Timothy "Tim" M. Caton, age 62 of Moraine, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 9, 2021 at his home. He was born on December 15, 1958 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Robert & Pauline (Church) Caton.

Mr. Caton honorably served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a retired Signalman for the CSX Railroad with 24 years of service, and a member of the Brotherhood of the Railroad Signalman. Tim loved to make people laugh and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Preceded in death by his mother-in-law Betty Young and by his brother-in-law Kenny Hale.

He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years Brenda (Young) Caton, 3 daughters Meghan Caton, McKenzie Caton and Marley Caton, 2 sisters Linda Hale & Sharon Mooney, 2 brothers Rick Caton and wife Carol, James Proud and wife Norma, 2 granddaughters Haislee Shaner & Wrenley Caton, and 1 grandddaughter on the way Reign Clark, father-in-law Kenneth Young, sister-in-law Melissa Rasnic and husband Greg, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Pastor Wayne Woody officiating. Burial Evergreen Cemetery with Military Honors. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Wednesday at the funeral home.
