Theresa Ann Coy, age 56 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at her home. She was born on September 3, 1965 in Dayton, Ohio.

Theresa graduated from Carroll High School. She was a previous Travel Agent, and a former employee of Good Samaritan Hospital. She loved caring for her grandchildren, loved feeding the ducks and Montana was her favorite place to vacation.

Preceded in death by her mother Velma (Kuhl) Miller.

She is survived by her 3 loving sons Max Csaszar (Ashley Troutt), Tyler Coy and fiancée Mary Smith, Patrick Coy (Erin McClure), her father Paul Miller, 6 brothers Doug Miller and wife Charlotte, Gary Miller and wife Joyce, Fred Miller and wife Diane, Jeff Miller and wife Debby, Chris Miller and wife Jennifer, Edward "Eddie" Miller, 2 sisters Connie Swary and husband Mark, and Debbie Madden and husband Dennis, her 4 grandchildren whom she loved deeply Braxton Schenck, Maverick Csaszar, Emilia & Ethan McClure, her fur baby "Lucy", as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton.
