Obituary

Thelma G. "Gay" Kaltenbach, age 82 of Moraine, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 1, 1942, in Breathitt County, KY, the daughter of the late Frank & Elizabeth (Ritchie) Williams.


Mrs. Kaltenbach retired from C.F. Holiday School in West Carrollton with 20 years of service. She was an active member of the First Freedom Independent Church in Moraine and attended the Moraine City First Church of God.


Preceded in death by her 2 sons Delmas Kaltenbach and Mark Kaltenbach, her siblings Bobby Ray Williams, Dial "Buddy" Williams, Nancy Bell Williams, Ula Nell Williams, Theda Jones, Olga Dunaway and Glenna Bowling.


She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years Raymond "Ray" Kaltenbach, her daughter Gina Delph and husband Phil, 2 sons Frank Bailey and Jamie Kaltenbach and wife Shannon, her sister Jessie Watts and husband Rev. Henry Watts, Jr., 8 grandchildren Travis Kaltenbach, Tiffany Jackson, Andrea Bellivia and husband Mike, Alexander James Kaltenbach and wife Rhianna, Branden Delph and wife Amber, Ashleigh Bailey, Krisha Thomas and husband Corey and Zach Kaltenbach,  9 great grandchildren Kenten Delph, Kaisen Delph, Brecken Kaltenbach, Roman Jackson, Fynn Kaltenbach, Roman Thomas, Galilee Thomas, Hosanna Thomas and Anderson Bellivia, special friend Daniella Hall, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.


Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at the First Freedom Independent Church, 3315 Main St., Moraine, with Rev. Henry Watts, Jr., and Pastor Donald Curtis officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Thursday at the church
