Teresa L. Vanek, age 56 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 01, 2024, at the University of Cincinnati Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 9, 1967, in Kettering, Ohio.

Teresa was a Cashier for Hobby Lobby. She enjoyed traveling across the country with her husband Chris and loved to spend time with her family. Teresa was a member of Miamisburg Assembly of God. Preceded in death by her husband Chris E. Vanek, and by her father William C. Dodridge.

She is survived by her loving mother Corina (Rader) Dodridge, her 3 brothers Douglas Dodridge, Troy Dodridge and wife Barbara, John Dodridge and wife Anna, her aunts Linda Bryant and Wanda Brown, uncle Frank Dodridge and wife Peaches, her mother-in-law Lillie Vanek, 3 sisters-in-law Lillie Vanek-Lawler and husband Ronald, Mary Vanek Kalaphch and husband Joseph, Monica Vanek Bielss and husband Arnie, 8 nephews Joshua Dodridge and wife Jackie, William Dodridge and wife Jasmine, Troy Dodridge and wife Dani, Steven Lawler, Matthew Stakem and wife Stephanie, Zachary, Matthew & Timothy Bielss, 3 nieces Jennifer Gulde, Ariel Dodridge and Crystal Lawler and husband Thad Edwards, fur baby "Bear" as well as numerous other family members and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 8, 2024, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Pastor Tony Miltenberger officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lupus Foundation, 12930 Chippewa Rd., Brecksville, OH 44141 in memory of Teresa.
