Susan E. (Baker) Ward, age 63 of Miamisburg, passed way peacefully on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at Kettering Health Network – Main Campus surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 4, 1959, in Xenia, Ohio.

Susan retired from General Motors working on J Dock with 28 years of service. She was a member of the UAW Local #696, and the Miamisburg Moose Lodge #1645. Preceded in death by her father Edward "Ed" "Skip" L. Baker, Jr., and a very special friend Joe Buckley.

She is survived her loving mother Diane (Ward) Baker, 2 daughters Nikki Baker (Felix Valle), Jonnie Garrity and husband Patrick, her son David Anderson and wife Katie, her step-daughter Traci Grodner and husband Sean, 2 brothers Bud Baker and wife Kim & Tim Baker and wife Perditta, her sister Sandy Clark, 6 grandchildren Damien, Tara, Franny, Nickolas, Keaton & Geneva, 11 great grandchildren, her fur babies "Biscuit & Gabby" as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time. If so, desired memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society Dayton, 1661 Nicholas Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45417 in Susan's memory. Arrangements entrusted to the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton.
