Marvin, Steven Anthony "Tony" age 58 of West Carrollton, passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2018. He was born on March 01, 1959. The son of the late Richard P. & Donna L. (Shaw) Marvin. A Graveside Service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at the Evergreen Cemetery, West Carrollton.
