Martin, Sr., Steven L., age 62 of Brookville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at the University of Cincinnati. He was born on July 18, 1957 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Leonard & Mary (Harness) Martin.

Mr. Martin was the Owner and Operator of Pizza Express along with wife for 25 years; he was also a former employee Presto Food Service for 15 years and Bulk Transit for 10 years. Steve was an avid sports fan and loved his Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bearcats, Dayton Flyers and OSU Football.Preceded in death by his sister Pam Bennett.

He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Rhonda (Smith) Martin, 3 sons Steven Martin, Jr. and wife Amy, Jeremy Martin and wife Melanie, Sean Martin & Brittany Winkle, his sister Gail Sprinkle and husband Hughie, his mother-in-law Patricia Smith, brother-in-law Ernest Bennett, 13 grandchildren Bradley, Eric, Lane, Zachary, Austin, Jacob, Haley, Harley, Tyler, Malia, Blake, Aiden, and Reiley, 6 great grandchildren Laila, Bentley, Summer, Jaxon, Aubriella, Ashton, 6 step-grandchildren Kelsey, Kaden, Breyonna, Adrionna, Zaden, and Ryliann, as well as numerous other family members and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 13, 2020 at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with  Pastor Wayne Woody officiating. Burial Highland Memorial Cemetery.
