Stephanie Diane Poston, age 69 of Moraine, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at Kettering Health Network – Main Campus, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 31, 1957, in Kettering, Ohio.

Stephanie was a dedicated employee of Select Tool & Die. She was a faithful member of the Pathway Baptist Church. Stephanie found joy in cooking, camping, canoeing, and crime and paranormal shows and movies, and she treasured the time she spent with her family and friends.

She was welcomed into heaven by her son Steven V. Stafford on September 8, 2010, her father Charles Malesko, her mother-in-law and father-in-law Margaret Pearl & Gradis Arnold Poston, 2 brothers-in-law Roger Poston, and Gregory Poston, her 2 sisters-in-law Gail Poston and Mary Alice Poston.

She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years Bruce Poston, her mother Norma (Richardson) Malesko, her sons Jason Stafford and wife Amanda, Justin Hodge, and Derrick Poston, her grandchildren Jason Flynn, Haley Stafford, Kaitlyn Poston, Caleb Poston, and Jadon Stafford, great grandchildren Micaiah and Miliani McCalister, her brother-in-law Doug Poston, sisters-in-law Connie Jackson-Hedicker and husband David, and Linda Poston, her dear friend Kay Ballard, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2026, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton. If so desired memorial contributions may be made to SICSA Pet Adoption and Wellness, 8172 Washington Church Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45458, in loving memory of Stephanie D. Poston.
