Stella Pressel, age 92 of Miamisburg, passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Hospice of Dayton surrounded by her family. She was born on April 27, 1925 in Dayton, the daughter of the late James Floyd & Stella M. (Wilds) Engle. Mrs. Pressel was a member of Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church. Preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Pressel, Sr. in 1971, her son Joseph Pressel in 2006, her brother Wade Engle, her sister Faye Cody and half-sister Barb Engle. She is survived by her daughter Teresa Pressel, 3 sons Mike Pressel and wife Teresa, Jerry Pressel and wife Samantha, Robert Pressel, Jr. and wife Diane, daughter-in-law Becky Pressel,  2 half-sisters Lou Duncan and husband Roger & Linda Engle, 9 grandchildren Andy Pressel and wife Sarah, Kate Pressel and husband Jason Cartmell, Kelly Hignite and wife Jessie, Chas Pressel, Kyle Pressel, Olivia Pressel, Michelle Pressel, Jennifer Pressel & Stephanie Pressel,  and 1 great grandson Jameson Hignite, as well as numerous other family members and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton with Deacon Carl Gerstung officiating. Burial Hillgrove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
