Cyr, Shirley A., age 83 of Miamisburg, passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at the Elmcroft of Washington Township. She was born on July 3, 1933 in Dayton, the daughter of the late William Gilbert & Maude (West) Starnes. Preceded in death by her husband Paul Cyr, Sr., in 1979, a son Paul Junior Cyr in 1956, a brother Don Starnes and her sister Geraldine Evans. She is survived by her daughter Cynthia Hixson (Mike) of Miamisburg, her 2 sons Lee Cyr (Lori) of Beavercreek, Paul Cyr, Jr., (Becky) of Clayton, her brother Dale Starnes of West Carrollton, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren as well as other family members and friends. A private graveside service was held at the Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Shirley's memory.
