Banks, Sarah E., age 91 of West Carrollton, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2013. She was born June 9, 1921 in Breathitt County, KY, the daughter of the late Ira & Chloe (Easterling) Dunn. Preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Miles Banks, 4 brothers, Adam, Jesse, William and Ira, Jr., 5 sisters Angeline, Fannie, Nancy, Dorcie and Mary. Sarah is survived by her daughter Chloie Lois Tyra and husband Paul of West Carrollton, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. from the Moraine City First Church of God, 5867 Springboro Pike, Dayton, Ohio 45449 with Pastor Russell Hayes officiating.
