Sally a.k.a Sarah Margaret Mills age 81 of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 14, 2021 at Kettering Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 22, 1940 in Kingman, KS, the daughter of the late Victor & Margaret (Macready) Simpson.

Mrs. Mills was a retired school teacher with the Placentia Unified School District in California with over 30 years of service. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Carson City, NV, and attended the Union Chapel United Methodist Church in Middletown.

Preceded in death by her husband Edgar "Ed" Mills, and by her sister-in-law Ellyn Simpson.

She is survived by her daughter Lora D. Mills, 2 stepsons Dan Mills and Ron (Deborah) Mills, 2 brothers Charles "Chuck" Simpson, and Dr. John Simpson and wife Roberta "Bobby", as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at the Union Chapel United Methodist Church, 8284 Keister Rd., Middletown, Ohio 45042, with Rev. Mark DeYoung officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (1 hour prior to service) at the church. In honor and remembrance of Sally please wear red to her Celebration of Life service.
