Poston, Roger D., age 66 of Moraine, passed away Friday, February 13, 2015. He was born November 25, 1948 in Dayton. Roger was retired from General Motors with 30 years of service, worked for Budget Rental and honorably served his country during Vietnam in the U.S. Army. Preceded in death by his mother Margaret Pearl (Clouse) Poston. He is survived by his son Mark Poston (fiancée Rebecca) of Moraine, his daughter Michelle Howard of West Carrollton, his father Arnold Poston of Moraine, 3 brothers Greg Poston (Linda), Bruce Poston (Stephanie), Doug Poston (Gail) all of Moraine, his sister Connie Jackson-Hedicker (Dave) of Vandalia, 4 grandchildren Chelsey Poston, Christopher Howard, Ashley Howard and Aiden Poston, the mother of his children Mary Poston of West Carrollton, and a host of other family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Moraine Heights Baptist Church, 5661 Munger Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45459 with Dr. Terrell Hudson officiating at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45420 in his memory.
