Richard L. “Rick” Pigman, age 69 of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 10, 2026, at his home. He was born on January 24, 1957, in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Oscar & Carolyn (Chinn) Pigman.

Rick was a graduate of West Carrollton High School Class of 1975. He was a current Archives Technician for the U.S. National Archives & Records Administration with 25 years of service. Rick was an avid fan of Kentucky Wildcats Basketball and the Cincinnati Reds Baseball. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and especially his granddaughter Rhianna.

Preceded in death by the mother of his son Angie Bryant, his 2 brothers Jack Adams & Ronnie Pigman and his 2 sisters Marcia Kelly & Cathy Pigman.

He is survived by his loving son Richard “Ricky” Pigman and wife Tiffany, his siblings Gary Pigman, Ralph Pigman and wife Mary, Tammy Pigman Hall and husband Keith, Randy Pigman (Julie Mays), and Robby Pigman, the apple of his eye, his granddaughter Rhianna Renee Pigman, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2026, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton.
