Richard W. Isbill, Sr., age 88 of New Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023. He was born on September 25, 1935, in East St. Louis, Illinois, the son of the late Otto & Azalea (Evans) Isbill.

Mr. Isbill was a retired employee of General Motors, and a former employee of NCR and Monsanto. He was an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengal's and the St. Louis Cardinals Baseball Team.

Preceded in death by his wife Nedra Isbill, his son Richard W. Isbill, Jr., and by his daughter-in-law Donna Isbill.

He is survived by his loving family: his daughter Theresa Clements, his 2 sons Jeff Isbill and Chris Isbill, 2 stepdaughters Leslie Stratman and husband Richard, and Kathy Luksic and husband Larry, his stepson Todd Antrican and wife Kimberlie, 2 brothers Terry Isbill and wife Patti, Doug Isbill and wife Diane, 2 sisters Billy Miller and Barbara Lutz and husband Norris, 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Rev. Dr. Joel Getts officiating. Burial will follow at Hillgrove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Wednesday at the funeral home.
