Richard H. Isbell, age 64 of Moraine, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at his home. He was born on December 13, 1957 in Middletown, Ohio the son of the late Roger & Ruby Josephine "Jo" (Cole) Isbell.

Preceded in death by his wife of 42 years Rebecca L. Isbell on Feb. 14, 2020, 2 brothers James Isbell & Marlin Ratliff, his mother-in-law & father-in-law Patricia & Kermit Smith, and by his fur baby "Taz".

He is survived by his loving children, daughters,  Mandy Zimmerman and husband Bo, Rikki Isbell (Jon Hardin) & Sarah Gilbert and husband Randy, his son Thomas Isbell and wife Christy, "long lost daughter" Brandy Kinzer, his sister Sandy Isbell, 2 sisters-in-law Rhonda Martin & Tina Pryor,10 grandchildren Jordan King, Jamie King, Jonathan Hardin, Jesse-James Harris, Kamron Hardin, Corey Hardin, Calvin Gilbert, Thomas Isbell, Jr., Kyra Gilbert, and Chloe Kinzer, 4 great grandchildren Sophia, Kailynn, Brentley, and Carter, a nephew Richard Isbell and wife Angie, 5 nieces, Missy Kessler and husband Greg, Tina Merz and husband Jake, Paula Bauer & John Peterson, Holly Phillabaum and husband Shawn, and Dena Rausch, special friends Patricia Rushforth & Steve Williams and wife Donna, as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton with Mr. Chris Gillaugh officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to service) on Wednesday at the funeral home.
