Rev. William H. "Bill" Lowe, age 81 of Dayton, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 22, 2021 at Grandview Medical Center. He was born on May 21, 1940 in Delbarton, WV, the son of the late Samuel & Mary Della (Collins) Lowe.

Rev. Lowe was a former Heavy Equipment Operator & Mechanic for many years and was a Reverend with the Church of God for over 50 years. Mr. Lowe never met a stranger and would help anyone in need. He enjoyed competing in dancing competitions in the 1950's.

Preceded in death by his former wife Elizabeth "Annie" Lowe, his granddaughter Amanda Gail "Mandy" Polston, his brother Benny Keith Lowe, his sister Edna Curry, and by his brother-in-law Richie Giddens.

He is survived by his daughter Mary Sexton and husband Lawson, his son Samuel Lowe, 2 sisters Ida Giddens & Betty Ooten and husband Arnold T., sister-in-law Frankie Lowe, 4 grandchildren Dwayne Swink and wife Andrea, Megan Stoner and husband Nathan, Travis Lowe and fiancée Justice Moore, Madison Sexton and fiancé Timothy Hatton, 15 great grandchildren Hayden, Makayla, Christian, Bentley, Brenden, Brayden, Dixie, Matthew, Anneleigh, Timothy "Chicken Little", Amerson, Sophia, Easton, Madilynn & Hudson, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at the Bearcreek Hillgrove Cemetery with Chaplain Lucas VanAusdoll officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton.
