Newland, Randy M., age 50 of West Carrollton, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012. He was born May 17, 1962 in Hindman, KY. Randy was a truck driver with Gordon Trucking. Preceded in death by his mother Rhoda (Johnson) Newland, and a sister Zella. He is survived by his father Merl Newland of West Carrollton, son Matthew Newland of West Carrollton, a brother David Newland and wife Tammy of Moraine, a sister Sheila McGiffin and husband Rob of Kettering, his niece Chloe McLain of Kettering, and numerous other family member and friends. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton. Additional services will be held at the Hindman Funeral Service, Hindman, KY with burial at the C.B. Smith Family Cemetery.
