Patricia A. "Pat" Thompson, age 77 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 22, 2024, at Kettering Health Network – Miamisburg, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 28, 1947, in Greenville, Ohio, the daughter of the late George & Irene (Hines) Puterbaugh.

Mrs. Thompson was a Cafeteria Aide for the West Carrollton Early Childhood Center, and Harry Russell Elementary School for the West Carrollton School District with 21 years of service.

Preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Keith E. Thompson on June 22, 2019, and by her brother Greg Puterbaugh.

She is survived by her daughter Tammy S. Thompson, her son Brian E. Thompson, her granddaughter Bayleigh C. Thompson, 2 brothers Michael Puterbaugh and wife Patsy, and Ronnie Puterbaugh and wife Judy, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 3, 2024, at the West Branch Cemetery in New Madison, Ohio. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2024, at the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton.
