Day, Patricia L., age 77 of Blue Creek, OH, formerly of Miamisburg, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at her home. She was born on June 14, 1940 in Beattyville, KY, the daughter of the late Prather & Ruby (Moleny) Kincaid. She was a member of the Gospel Lighthouse Church. Preceded in death by 2 sons Stephen & Larry Day, 5 brothers Tommy, Farris, Billy, Paul & Ronnie Kincaid, and by a sister Betty Combs. She is survived by her loving husband Jack Day, 2 sons Jackie Day (Cheri), Mark Day (Nicki Berry), daughter Patricia Wray (Gary), brother Jerry Kincaid, 2 sisters Dana Wilson & Brenda Arnold, 6 grandchildren, and numerous other family members and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton with Pastor Bruce McGuire officiating.
