Cox, Otis E., age 79 of West Carrollton, passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at Hospice of Dayton surround by his loving family. He was born on December 29, 1937 in Corbin, Kentucky, the son of the late Henry & Cindarilla (Smith) Cox. Mr. Cox was a retired employee of Chrysler Behr with 38 years of service and was a very loving husband, dad and especially Grandpa.  Preceded in death by his 5 brothers Harold, Frank, John, Norman & Herschel, his sister Juanita. He is survived by his wife of 47 years Barbara S. (Cassidy) Cox, his son Mike Cox, his daughter, Melissa Saunders, 2 brothers Leland Cox,  Melvin Cox and wife Barbara, 3 grandchildren Colin, Kaitlyn, Kirsten, and 1 great grandchild Maddix, as well as numerous nieces, nephews,  other family members and many friends.
