Monica Hanes, age 65 of Centerville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at the Ohio's Hospice of Dayton. She was born on May 28, 1954 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of the late Raymond & Dolores (Ross) Hanes.

She is survived by her son Greg Farnsworth and wife Alisha, brother Cassidy Hanes, sister Karen Jones, 3 grandchildren Aiden Farnsworth, Austin Farnsworth and Madalynn Farnsworth, as well as numerous other family members and many friends.

At Monica's request no public services will be held. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory. Arrangements entrusted to the Swart Funeral Home, West Carrollton. www.swartfuneralhome.com.
