Dowden, Michael D., age 59 of Washington Twp., passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at the Atrium Medical Center. He was born on November 1, 1958 in Dayton, OH. Michael was a Professional Musician with a love of the guitar who travelled all across the country playing in different venues. He was a member of the Bramble Band and was sponsored by The Marshall Tucker Band. Preceded in death by his mother Joyce L. (Craft) Dowden. He is survived by his father Walter D. "Doug" Dowden, friend Barbara Faris, as well as numerous other friends including Lisa Bouchez, Rich Bevis, Doug Fetters & Duanea Daniels. A Graveside Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 23, 2018 at the Highland Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Joel Getts officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton.
