Baer, Michael S. "Mike", age 69 of Miamisburg, passed away on March 18, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on June 1, 1948 in Dayton, the son of the late Richard & Wilda (Diamond) Baer. Mike was a retired Engineer with Delphi with 30 years of service and a member of the Moose Lodge #501, Middletown. Preceded in death by his granddaughter Nichole Hobbs, son Michael Scott Baer, brother Billy Baer, sister Patty Ross, and the mother of his children Linda R. Baer. He is survived by 2 daughters Diane Tyler and husband Gary, Stephanie Hobbs and husband Stan, 2 daughters-in-law Theresa Baer & Tabitha Griffith, brother Doug Baer and wife Betty, Brad Baer, sister Jolyn Black and husband Greg, brother-in-law John Ross, girlfriend Connie Dawes, 10 grandchildren Shannon Tyler, Brandon Tyler (Paige), Michael Curtis, Lisa Rider (Jon), Candice Curtis, Kaytlynn Hobbs, Johnathan Hobbs, Christopher Baer, Ashley Baer, Zachary Baer, 6 great grandchildren, as well as numerous other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM, on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton with Pastor Clay Bates officiating. Burial Highland Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
